Absolutely. Every restaurant is unique. While we have standard packages, we can tailor a custom proposal based on your specific needs, budget, and business size.

We provide both. For menu tasting and kitchen setup, onsite visits are recommended. For strategy, costing, and marketing, virtual consulting works perfectly. Travel and accommodation charges apply for onsite visits outside our base location.

Once the project is fully paid for, you (the client) own the recipes. We provide you with the complete Standard Recipe Cards (SRC) and you are free to use them indefinitely.

We take confidentiality seriously. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure your business concepts, trade secrets, and internal data remain secure.

Generally, our payment structure is milestone-based: 50% advance to start the project, and the remaining 50% upon completion/handover. This may vary for long-term retainer projects.

Yes, we assist in interviewing and shortlisting kitchen and service staff to ensure they meet the technical requirements of your menu. However, final hiring contracts are between you and the employee.
