1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Consulting Services
Chef Sushanta Consulting provides culinary expertise, including but not limited to menu development, kitchen planning, and staff training. Specific deliverables will be outlined in your individual project proposal or contract.
3. Intellectual Property & Recipes
Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership of the specific recipes and menus developed for their project. However, Chef Sushanta Consulting retains the right to use general culinary knowledge, techniques, and base operational frameworks for other clients.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms: A deposit is required to commence any project. Final balance is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.
Refunds: Due to the nature of consulting and intellectual property transfer, fees paid are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to the premises (for onsite consulting) to ensure the success of the project.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Chef Sushanta Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the operation of your food business, including profit loss or market changes.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
